This entity operates under the jurisdiction of the Federal Republic of Germany, Earth. Services rendered to Mars colony residents are subject to the terms of the Mars Colony Charter (when ratified). Until formal interplanetary legal frameworks are established, all contractual obligations default to German law. Transmission delays are not grounds for contract nullification.
