Do you have a permanent office on Mallorca?
No. We're headquartered in Germany (Thuringia) and travel to Mallorca for kickoffs, workshops and quarterly reviews. The day-to-day work happens remotely — same time zone, same working rhythm as if we were next door.
Can you invoice in EUR / handle Spanish VAT?
Yes. Our entity is German (EU-VAT ID DE315685913). For B2B clients in Spain we apply the EU reverse-charge mechanism — no Spanish VAT on the invoice when your VAT ID is valid in VIES.
Which contract language do you prefer?
Whatever fits your team. We sign in German or English, bilingual versions on request. Jurisdiction is Germany, applicable law is German law — but we routinely work with Spanish-, Mallorca- and UK-based clients.
Can you integrate with Spanish/Balearic systems (Tagesturismosteuer, AEAT, etc.)?
Yes — we've built integrations against tourism-tax (Ecotasa) reporting, AEAT SII submission, Spanish e-invoicing (Verifactu/TicketBAI is on our roadmap) and PMS systems common on the island (Beds24, Hostfully, Smoobu, Avantio).
